  1. Oh man this move by Bank of America made me, as well as pretty much the rest of the world, furious. I cannot believe that Bank of America would even think that this move would go over smoothly without a ton of PR leading up to the move. I feel that because it seemed very much just sprung on consumers, people were even more furious. Sometimes I think do companies even talk with their PR people before making decisions. I am assuming it is costing them a lot more to fix the problem, then that $5 fee would have even given them.
